Data to the Isopoda (Crustacea: Oniscoidea) fauna of Dráva lowland, Hungary Sándor FARKAS Isopod samples were collected in a wetland forest at Mailáthpuszta near Kisszentmárton (South Hungary) in 1994. Seven species were recorded in the area examined. Asellus aquaticus Rac. was found in a trap only once after a rainy period. Porcellio scaber Latr. and Trachelipus nodulosus С L. Koch were only collected in biotops remarkable human influence ( e. g. gardens). Armadillidium vulgare Latr. was mainly found in natural habitats but also in cultivated areas. Platyarthrus hoffmannseggi Brdt. was collected from an anthill. The pitfull traps were situated in two lines crossing the edge of a poplar forest and its clearing. They captured only two species: 9156 specimens of Trachelipus rathkii Brdt. and 79 specimens of Armadillidium vulgare Latreille. Trachelipus rathkii Brdt. was found two times in larger amount inside the forest, than in the clearing. Its highest density was recorded in the ecotone zone. The number of the individuals was low in March and April and increased in May and reached the top in July.
