202 DUNÁNTÚLI DOLGOZATOK (A) TERMÉSZETTUDOMÁNYI SOROZAT 8. (1995) Pelagophilous, 5 species; lithopelagophilous, 6 species; lithophilous, 13 species; phytolithophilous 9 species; phytophilous 14 species; speleophilous 3 species. (See also Table 2.) The water quality was measured in 5 different backwaters. The salinity and eutrophication level was measured in each occasion. The summer chlorophyll-a, and summer Secchi disk transparency, conductivity, sodium, calcium, potassium, magnesium, sulphate, bicarbonate, carbonate and chloride ion content of water were also recorded. The mean anion was generally bicarbonate in the waters. Mainly the waters had calcium ion in the highest level, however one record had sodium as main ion (lake Kisinci). The mean ion relation was figured by Maucha's star diagram. The conductivity of 3 backwaters was 250-300 |LiS (micro Siemens)/cm, two other had more than 500 ц5/ст. The summer measured chlorophyll-a content was between 10-20 mg/m 3 in three waters, in the rest there were between 100-200 mg/m 3 . The productivity of the investigated waters were in moderate and high level according to their chlorophyll-a content Author's address: Dr. József M.
