Abstract: 291 species are reported from the Danube-Ipoly National Park during the preliminary investigations between 1993 and 1996. The following rare species were captured: Chrysis subsinuata Marquet, 1879; Chrysis Immaculata Buysson, 1898; Hedychridium valesiense Linsenmaier, 1959; Crossoceruspusillus Lepeletier and Brullé, 1834; Oxybelus aurantiacus Mocsáry, 1883; Colletes punctatus Mocsáry, 1877; Hylaeus rinki (Gorski, 1852); Andrena chrysosceles (Kirby, 1802); Andrena nanula Nylander, 1848; Lasioglossum (Evylaeus)fratel- lum Pérez, 1903; Lasioglossum (Evylaeus) quadrisignatum (Schenck, 1853) and Amegilla albigena (Lepeletier, 1841). Keywords: Hungary, faunistic, Hymenoptera, Aculeata, Danube-Ipoly National Park Introduction 291 species are reported from the Danube-Ipoly National Park during the preliminary investigations of North Pest and Nógrád counties. Based on the reports of these researches (Haris 1993, 1995, 1996a, b) and the results of other researchers participating in a bilateral Hungarian-Slovak program, the Danube-Ipoly National Park was established in 1997 but only on the Hungarian side of the border. Between 1993 and 1996, the author investigated the Aculeata fauna of the region mentioned above in the frame of the preliminary investigation of the natural values of the future Danube-Ipoly National Park (Fig. 1). The project was managed by Vilmos Kiszel, Göncöl Foundation with the help of experts of the foundation and also with those of different institutions, including the Hungarian Natural History Museum or the Göd Dormouse Research Group and also the Ornithological Association of Pest Region. In these 3 years, 4 research reports were prepared by the author (Haris 1993, 1195, 1996a, b). Since this time, few papers has been published on the Aculeata fauna of this area (Sárospataki & Havas 2009, Havas et al. 2009a, b, Sárospataki et al. 2003 and Vaskor et al. 2015), some of them cited these research reports mentioned above.
