Tanulmányok - Természettudomány - Hír János: Felső miocén aprógerincesek Egyházasdengelegről
Description: Il - A right and a left tooth. Almost the whole crownes are présent, only the posterior margin is absent at the left one. The tooth is bucuspulate, but there is a little crest behind the second cuspule, which we can see as the initiative of a minute third posterior cuspule. The apex is sharp, but is is not up turnéd. The anterior margin of the most prominent first cuspule is rised more steeply from the tooth than the posterior. The dorsal edge of the tooth is white, what can be the relie of the pigmentation. Remarks: P. hungarica has reported from many localities in Europe. Its original référence: Kormos (1934), p. 301. fig. 34. (Villány 3). The other occurrences: in Hungary: Osztramos, Csarnóta, Beremend, Villány, Nagyharsány Hill, Kövesvárad (Jánossy 1972, 1973, 1988, 1989. Jánossy et Kordos 1977, Kormos 1937, Kretzoi 1956, 1959, 1962, Reumer 1984); in Poland: Weze, Rebielice Królewskie, Zamkowa Dolna, Kadzielnia, Kielniki, Kamyk (Basák et al. 1982, RzebikKo walska 1989); in Slovakia: Ivanovce, Hajnacka, Kolinani, Plesivec, Vcelare (Horácek 1985, Fejfar et Heinrich 1985, Fejfar et Horácek 1983); in Greece: Maramena Doukas et al. in press) in The Netherlands: Tegelen (Freudenthal et al. 1976, Reumer 1984). Rabeder (1970, p. 593.) has described an occurrence of P. hungarica from Eichkogel, which should hâve taken Fad of this species, on the middle of the MN 11 Zone. However after Rzebik-Kowalska (1989) we hâve to consider this occurrence as „doubtful", so the first certain appearance of P. hungarica is not before the middle of the MN 13 Zone (Maramena, Doukas et al., in press.) Genus: Blarinella Thomas 1911 Blarinella cf. dubia (Bachmayer et Wilson) 1970 (Figs 3 c-d.)
