In accordance with this it also treets the formation of the constant armies, the role of the mercenary troops and the new traits of the training system - which mirrors truely the changes that take place in the social relations. Special attention must be payed to Noue's role in renewing the Netherlander military training system. After this, giving a comprihensive picture of Europe's dominating ballance of forces of the period, the author presents in detail Noue's anti-Turkish plan. He refers to his sources (the plans of Pope Leo X) and analyses the importance of La Noue's plan in comparison with the plans of the period. It also presents the reaction of the plan in the 17th century. Of special interest are the references to the Hungarian kingdom of the period in connection with the Turkish conquest.
