Inventories of Estate from Tata, at the Beginning of the 19

th Century Lajos Kemecsi In my lecture I have examined some inventories of estate from Tata and Tóváros. The accomplishment of research's development could be exploited in the local history and at the further areas of science, likewise the previous example of researches (e.g. Cegléd, Keszthely, Kiskunhalas). Similarly to the examples of the history of science, the purpose of the processing of this inventories from Tata producting a database and afterwards getting up the publishing of the sources. Experiences of the examples from Keszthely, Cegléd show that is justified to make easier the research of the inventories from the settlements belonging to the Eszterházy- estate. The inventories from Tata can be represented excellent the social, financial, ethnic combination and the life-table, of the collectivity under survey. In this respect the inventories from Tata are suitable to comprehensive analysis, too. We could make inquiries about the cultural level of the citizens in Tata by means of inventories. On the evidence of the documents were different the appliances in the households in Tata. But it is a common experience that the level of equipments better than the peasant's households, likewise households of the well-known market-town. I made an effort in my lecture to illustrate by example of the inventories in Tata the comprehensive possibility for the research of inventories not only in the ethnography, but in the examination of the history of economics, the history of agronomics, social history, art history, cultural history and material culture. 94
