Navás, 1914 is missing and the type of Gatzara insolita (Walker, 1860) is a male specimen while the generic separation is based on female genitalia ( STANGE 2004). This species resembles in similar wing pattern to the new species but spots below reghma area of hind wing are smaller than that of the new species.
