László Domboróczki A Settlement History Model of Füzesabony-Gubakút: Recent Research Findings on Mid-Neolithic Settlement History in the Tisza Region The excavated remains, the research findings and conclusions, the articles, exhibitions and contributions made on the subject at conferences both at home and abroad, have all brought the Füzesabony-Gubakút site to the attention of those active in the field, while the general public has also been given ample information via both the press and television. Füzesabony-Gubakút has consequently reached a wide audience. Nevertheless the final conclusions will have to wait as the evaluation and analyses of the data continues and new discoveries are made. Perhaps the most important such discovery, and one that has only been made very recently, is the chronology of the settlement structure and the resulting model outlining the history of the Füzesabony-Gubakút settlement. It is by presenting this that we would like to honour the work of one of our colleagues, Edit Cs. Schwalm, on the occasion of her 60
