Malakológiai Tájékoztató 6. Majoros Gábor: CSIGÁK GYŰJTÉSE TALAJMINTÁKBÓL COLLECTING SNAILS FROM SOIL SAMPLES Abstract : The author presents a method for collecting small molluscs from soil samples. With the purpose of collecting only shells he washes the sample with water through a fine mesh sieve, so that he should get rid of the sand and clay. Then he dries the sample and puts it into boiling water, After a few minutes boiling the shells sink to the bottom of the pot because they will be filled vith water. In the cooling water the plant debris floats above the shell sediment and it can be spilled from the pot without spilling the sunken shells, On purpose to collect living specimens the author washes a sample in the similar way as it was mentioned above , and afterwards pours the rest into cold water,, When he mixes the suspension and spills the floating debris out of the pot more times, ha can pick the living snails among the stones and pieces of soil which remain on the bottom, under the clearing water,, Az aprótestü csigafajok gyűjtése nemcsak a faunisztikai adatok minél teljesebbé tételéhez szükséges, hanem olykor nagyobb
