143 FURNITURE furniture-type very popular all over Europe in the i7th-i8th centuries. The wardrobe is full of drawers, the frontal parts of which are richly carved. The whole piece stands on a high base with twisted legs. It is a characteristic example of Dutch furniture crafting in the 17th century.
