war hammer. That one from XVII. century has hatchet, gun and dagger pieces too. The next unit are formed with the equestrian equipments with the in­dispensable saddle. The complementary part of the saddle is the stirrup. Among the exhibited stirrups the earliest are the so-called Maximilanian ones. The bit served for direction of the horse. Near the gag bit accepted in Europe is to be seen a typical Hungarian bit the so-called papilionaceae bit which belong to an other Hungarian typfe, the horse bit. The spur also is an impotant piece of the equestrian equipments. Among the exhibited spurs the earliest is from XII —XIII. century, from Romanesque Age. The weapons collection of Déri museum has weapons from Middle-and Far East too. We can see Albanian, Turkish, Persian weapons, decorated poniards, daggers, swords. From Far East Déri museum has Japanes wea­pons. The guns, bows and the lances are from XIX. century, the samuraj armours are from XVIII —XIX. century.
