KÜCSÁN József: Details about the spreading of the cooking-stove in Sopron On the basis of the archives of Sopron the study talks about how the kitchen of the inn in Kópháza was reconstructed in 1846. A cooking-stove was fit in to replace the earlier open-fire. There must have been some mistakes in the planning for the kitchen was filled up with smoke every now and then and was absolutely unfit for use. In 1848 the city of Sopron, the owner of the inn sent out a delegation to find the planning mistake and to find a solution to correct the problem. The delegation tracked down the defect and prepared the plan of the new corrected kitchen. These documents are analysed in the article. ENZSÖL Imre: The flags of the Hanság Museum, Mosonmagyaróvár 7 guild-flags - similar to other objects of guilds - were collected by the Historical and Archeologycal Organization on Mosonmagyaróvár from the turning of the century to the 1920. Pieces made between 1792 and 1857 are of high standard. They express the religious taste of their manufacturers and customers. Their preparation was a type of artistic work. According to the language of signs Magyaróvár was inhabited by German speaking craftsmen. At the same time the depiction of Patrona Hungarea was spreading around. The iconographie value of the flags is enormous because the identity of some patron saints of the guilds can be set only this way. The swallow-tailed flags were carried by guild members on long spearlike poles during the processions. The oldest ones of the guild flags are endangered by annihilation. TANAI Péter: Folk speech-records in the museum of Győr between 1961 and 1975 The list of speech-records of the Xántus János Museum in Győr helps you to find your way in the 5500 min long collection of different materials. The records with different speed were often recorded to tapes of low quality without any'reference to their contents. This list shows you the time, lenght, place, topic of the recordings and the name of the collector. V.
