in Although no pottery manufacturing centers Singidunum and other sites of Moesia I have been excavated, there are strong reasons to presume the existence of many workshops to manufacture glazed ware in the 4th century. As this kind of ware is quite common with all the properties of Roman provincial ware, which is confirmed by parallel appearance of the same types with both glazed and unglazed surface, probably the same manufacturing technology for glazed ware has been applied for all major workshops. Further research will establish a more precise dating of the beginning and the end of production as well as the complete range of forms. The results will enable comparative studies of glazed pottery in the Danube region provinces. Bjelajac 1990 '.
