Összességében a kiállítást a kortársak sikeresnek tartották és világosan látták, hogy „az agilis, fáradhatatlan és lelkes rendezőbizottságot kell a legszebb dicsérettel illetnünk, azokat a lelkes hölgyeket és urakat, akik önzetlenül fáradoztak a kiállítási anyag összehozásán szép szót, lelkesedést és munkát nem kímélve igyekeztek a kiállítás sikerét előmozdítani."

62 GÉZA FORGÓ PICTURES OF AN EXHIBITION Present study deals with the exhibition organized by the Stefánia Association and the Association of Villages between 9 February 1922 and 12 February 1922. Local newspaper articles provide the primary source of the paper. More than 300 exhibitors were present in the exhibition with their agricultural and handicraft products sponsored by the American Red Cross Mission among others. A special exhibition and a lecture series on the issues of national health were organized as well. This was the first large scale event in Szeged after the Trianon Peace Treaty.
