The Relationship of Milán Füst with the City of Szeged Judit Szilágyi This dissertation, together with the help of letters and other documents, presents the literary relationship that a notable character in 20th century Hungarian literature, Milán Füst (1888-1967), established with the city of Szeged. The first chapter introduces and documents the relationship of Milán Füst with his colleague Ödön Réti (1871-1939), a significant prose-writer who also worked for the same periodical 'Nyugat'. The second chapter introduces and documents the relationship between Milán Füst and the Szeged Youth College of Art. Among other members of this college, Milán Füst had contacts with Ferenc Hont and György Buday; the remaining fragments of their correspondence can be read here. This publication sheds a new light on the relationships of Milán Füst. 87
