Budapest György Bonis and his Colleagues ' Research on Folk Law in Tápé (source publication) MIHÁLY KŐHEGYI and JANKA TEODÓRA NAGY In the second part of the source publication the authors published an overview of the material collected by György Bonis and his students on folk law in Tápé. A short summary and conclusion is given at the end of the publication. Tápé, a traditional community, was still characterised by traditional folk law at the end of the 1940s. Within personality law legal personality was stressed. The order of name usage was significant, too. In property law property and lease were in focus. Contract law gave examples of verbal agreement and written contracts, also the order of market in Szeged, the customs of horse markets, buying and renting bulrush. Within family law attention is drawn on the changes in family organisation after the First World War. One part of the publication is a summary of György Bonis, in which he describes the development of folk law in Tápé. Folk law forming a system influenced each part of village life. Thus it is important in the research of folk culture. 233
