The field diaries are also a source for a wealth of other important information. We have only included the information on the various excavated features. The field diaries for the 1969-1970 campaigns have not survived. The excavations from 1971 were conducted on two sides of the dirt track leading to Urmös-tanva. The field diaries for these years have been omitted because a description of the Bronze Age and Avar period features can be found in the relevant chapters, while the Árpádian Age features and their finds are not discussed in this volume.
