In the course of selection we could only accept one-third of the works. This is caused by the fact that these 15-17 year old pupils dont't have sufficient knowledge and capability" for evaluating-analizyng introduction of a poetwriter lifework. (The excellent pupils are rather involved in such groups activity vÄiich determine their further study.) Despite this it is worth to note that these studies draw up the attention to some poets, writers^whose name are already faded-^who are the great values of the local area. Such are; Mr András Csapóthe miner poet, Mr Andor Vér the immigrant poet, Mr Cszkár Damo the film director, Mr Barna Meskó the playwright as well as Mr József Juhász the poet who is still living and acting. Finally, under the title of "Profession history" we would like to remind you to such renowned technical-scienitific values as Mr István Kuspér the first land-measuring academican, Mr Antal Pech and Mr Antal Kerpely the pioneers of metallurgy of Diósgyőr and to famous confectioner's trade of Miskolc and to such achierements as history of hot water research in Miskolc. These publications are only parts of the studies applied in lo Years. If these studies were the result of only meeting of pupils with the history of our revolving-developing world then it is already unforgetable meeting for us. Be this volume a memorial volume for us about an imaginary called (last) meeting in which the participants have rendered some values to the history of "sweet home".
