92 Csenge rí Piroska Polgár-Ferenci-hát (pieces of a large face jar under the layer of the fragments of burnt wattle and daub) (HAJDÚ 2007). The vessel of Garadna could be used for storage and preservation of cereals and seeds. It was the part of phenomena S22, which could be the remains of a sacrifice being connected with a ritual ceremony. The vessel No. 10 of Garadna (Fig. 9, 3; Fig. 10, 2) was excavated from a largely extended layer with ceramic fragments (S142), while the fragments No. 3-9 and No. 11-22 (Fig. 8-12) were found in common settlement features. Apart from the great number of face vessels and fragments, no figurines were found in the assemblage of Garadna. Piroska Csengeri
