ON SOCIALANTHROPOLOGY - IN CONNECTION WITH RESEARCH OF THE VILLAGE CSERÉPFALU: CRITERIONS OF THE IDENTITY IN THE STRUCTURE OF THE ECONOMY. (Summary) Socialanthropologist of the University of Michigan- during her study-tour in Hungary for a year-she studied the society of a village of Northern Hungary with the method of living together. Her study opens up principally the exogam and endogam tendencies of the population and culture of the habitation, paying special attention to the questions of identity. Present study was delivered as a lecture at a short conference where the author- in presence of ethnographical researchers working in museums of Northern Hungary- gave account of her researching method and experiences of her field-work. The first part of the study outlines the socialanthropological theories and reseacrching tendencies known and practised in the University of Michigan, the second part investigates the results of. the research of Cserépfalu, paying special attention to the relations of the consciousness of identity presenting in the economical activity. Her results verify that the economical activity- sometimes in positive sometimes in negative way- reacts upon the factors of consciousness of the identity. Principally, working in other places, the different forms of the seasonal work, and different, loca type of work are such properties by the author which are considered characteristic by the residents of themself, which are the special features and adhesives of the identity.
