Room H (Block II, E half, between walls W2-W1), 40-70 cm: SMALL SLAB OF JET (BUTTON?). Ornately turned, with stub of loop on the reverse. DM: 1,6, Th: 0,4 cm. R.84.3.1. (Cat. X. № 12). FRAGMENTS OF FLOOR-TILE. Decorated with fluted wavy lines, pattern more conspicuously marked along the edge. L: 20,5, 18, 9 cm. Th: 2,8, 3,1, 2,9 cm. Three pieces R.84.23.1. (Cat. XV. No. 15). Room H/2 In the W half of the portico a heating system running from the W and S was found (Fp5). The heating flue, made of bricks and large stones, was burnt through in this section (its colour was pinkish purple). It reached the adjoining room S through wall W4 (Fig. 111). The remnants of the bad-quality white flooring in this room were recovered in corrugated bits on the top of the earlier ruined or demolished walls. The articles found on this level included 4th century coins, animal bones and various other objects. The partition-walls in the portico were decorated with paintings — this was indicated by the light pink, undecorated fresco fragments found „in situ" in several places. Room H/2: COINS: № 7.
