Old men ceased to stay with the livestock, they rather settled to the vineyards ; up to the present, aged men are living far from the village, alone all the day long, gathering in one of the press-houses of the vineyards in the evening only. The division of labour in the family reinvented the forms, regulating the separate life of the old men earlier. The paper deals with the agriculture, the fruit-growing, the apiculture and the cultivation of meadows, traditional until the end of the last century, in detail.
