The listed parallels though are all decorated by one or more rivets or ornaments. It can be then justly concluded that the piece of our find is the most puritan of all complete and/or restorable examples. The saddle already known Conquest Period bone plated saddles. Since the position of the saddle in the grave was so irregular, investigating the in situ finds some doubts emerged considering the position of the different elements on the saddle, and the saddle type itself. But after careful sorting and placing the objects into order again these doubts were resolved. 28 The formation of the reconstruction were the position and the size of the pommel covering plates.
