The ditch has a presumably pointed (V-shaped) crosssection, as it is shown by the model representing the magnetic inductive data as a negative height (Fig. 5). The comparison of the distribution of the few magnetic anomalies and the finds collected on the surface of the site refer to rare settlement features both inside and outside of the rondel. Bezeréd-Teleki-dűlő II. Tough the inner spacees in the rondels are mostly free from settlement features, there appear remains of buildings in several rare cases. The marginal situations of the buildings close to the palisades indicate the intention of the builders to leave as large space free as possible also in these cases. This probably may refer to the social-communal functions of the rondels, as well. A good example for this is the Bezeréd site where traces of a double rondel were geophysically surveyed by our research group in the inner space of which ground-plans of pole structured buildings appeared (Fig. 26, 28). The processing of the results of this research are under process. Complex research of the Bezeréd rondel as further rondels in County Zala is among the future plans of our research group. 53 T 28.
