Munkavégzés és szabadidő-kultúra a 19-20. században - Szakács Annamária: A hadigondozás úttörői és önkéntes hősei - ifj. Teleki Sándor 1915-ös hadigondozási munkája naplója tükrében
ANNAMÁRIA S ZAKÁCS PIONEERS AND VOLUNTEER HEROES IN SERVICE FOR WAR VICTIMS AND THEIR FAMILIES – SÁNDOR TELEKI, JR.’S WORK IN 1915 IN THE LIGHT OF HIS DIARY The figure of Sándor Teleki, Jr. is not well-known, although he did significant and decisive deeds in many fields. Pedagogy was a labour of love for him, he developed it as a chairman of the Association of Children’s Studies. He helped the revival of medal and plaque art as the leader of the Hungarian Medal and Plaque Association. As the president of the Hungarian Carpathian Association, he sought to build trails and open shelters for hikers, and disseminate publications that make hiking safer. Apart from his diverse interest, he was the volunteer chairman of the Association of Convalescent and Wounded Soldiers during the First World War. Within the framework of this work, he had to struggle with difficulties day by day. In my study, I examine the first period of emerging military charity from Sándor Teleki, Jr.’s point of view.
