There was a few years period during which each ofthe children was still underage and the widow was under guardianship, so all ownership shares ofthe house were under the surveillance ofthe Orphans’ Office. Thanks to this fact the researcher enjoys the rare possibility to find full accounts ofthe yearly incomes ofthe tenement József körút 27.
