Our company Electrolux Lehel Ltd. is one of the subsidiaries of the Swedish AB Electrolux. At Electrolux Lehel Ltd. the manufacturing operations are centrally located in Jászberény, while the marketing or­ganizations can be found in Budapest. The company's main profile is production of refrigerators, freezers, chest freezers and vacuum cleaners. On 16th July at the meeting of the Management Committee of Electrolux Group approved an investment of 65 mEuro for establishing a new plant in Nyíregyháza to produce combi-bottom refrigerators. The construction work began in January 2004, and the manufacturing will expectedly be launched in a year. ELECTROLUX LEHEL LTD., REFRIGERATOR FACTORY is looking for a colleague for Nyíregyháza plant in the position of PLANT MANAGER RESPONSIBILITIES- Implement manufacturing plan and configuration, in terms of capacity and flexibility, based on manufacturing strategy inputs received from the Master Plant.- Ensure world-class manufacturing activities, maximizing overall Plant productivity level- Ensure timely and effective industrialisation of new products up to a complete production ramp-up, according to the plans agreed with Master Plant and Product Line- Co-operate with Master Plant Staff (Quality, Purchasing, Industrial Engineering...) in the definition and implementation of relevant activities.- Ensure appropriate logistics systems are in place in the plant and with external interfaces in order to achieve the service level requested- Continuous update and improvement of current products in terms of quality and costs- Lead, motivate and develop people through customer focus. NEEDED COMPETENCIES- University degree, faculty of Mechanical Engineering- Strong business acumen- Overall knowledge about the functional areas including Controlling, Logistics, Quality, Engineering- Experience in series production- 3-5 years management experience- Experience in international company- Good communication skills- English knowledge INDUSTRIAL ENGINEERING MANAGER RESPONSIBILITIES- Technical implementation, then to start up the production by coordinate and drive the process engineering process, both locally and in conjuction with „master" factory in Jászberény-As an Engineering Manager, located in Nyíregyháza Factory, to provide the „satellite" - activities of process technology for assembling and coordinate the other activities of engineers on the department, then production development-, mechanical/chemical - technology, maintenance -, and time-norm.- Prepare, drive and participate in the technical development projects, both locally and globally- Coaching and development of employees within the department- Responsibility for implementation and introduction of a new range of Combi Bottom during 2004 - 2006 NEEDED COMPETENCIES- Technical University degree (mechanical engineer - preference)- Proven leadership, communication and coaching skills, driving force- Experience in industrialisation, tooling- Experience of preparing and implementing improvements and engineering changes- Knowledge of time and method, product and processing- Analytical skills, coupled to the ability to produce good, well structured docu mentation- IT knowledge (MS - office + COPICS - preference)- At least six years of relevant experience- English and Hungarian knowledge CONTROLLING & ADMINISTRATION HR OFFICER MANAGER RESPONSIBILITIES- Taking part of business decision regarding Human Resources RESPONSIBILITIES- Managing plan preparation and ensuring the manning CONTROLLING TASKS- Managing recruitment & selection process- Budget, Expected and Rolling calculations- Employment contracts- Supporting the management in financial (or related) issues- Training organization according to the development plan- Cost control (including DM, DL, overheads)- Ensuring compensation according to the policy and Collective Bargaining- Calculate pay-back period of CAPEX- Following the payroll cost and other personnel expenses- Make/Buy calculations- Giving support to the Talent Management- Continuous involvement in the cost reduction programs- Keeping contact with local enterprises and Labour Offices- Analysis of COPICS databases (DM control of the production area) NEEDED COMPETENCIES IT RELATED ACTIVITIES- University or College degree, faculty of Human Resources Management- Process control in order to prevent financial losses- Understanding of impact and needs regarding business decisions- Continuous improvement the IT systems to be in line with physical processes- Experience in HR tools and methods- Act as an IT buyer- Knowledge in Labour Law application- Experience in employee development HR- Flexibility- Managing human resources activities and processes- Problem solving skills- Mobility NEEDED COMPETENCIES- Good communication skills- Self confidence- Some years experience in controlling area (preferable more than 3 years)- English and Hungarian knowledge- Ability to understand production process (preferably technical background)- Overall knowledge about Human Resources Management- Ability to work autonomously- IT skills including ability to modify the IT systems- Ability to work under pressure and time pressure- English and Hungarian knowledge QUALITY MANAGER RESPONSIBILITIES- Measure and monitor the quality level in the manufacturing- Set up the action plan and specific projects in order to achieve the quality tar­gets- Lead the improvement program internally- Improvement of production process throughout systematic usage of SPC- Co-ordinate of product audit and incoming inspection- Keep, and update the ISO 9000, ISO 14001 procedure for guaranteeing the quality level NEEDED COMPETENCIES- Mechanical Engineering and Quality Engineering- Practical experience with key quality tools like QFD, FMEA, SPC, PDCA- Strong leadership skills- Experience of preparing and implementing of quality improvement- Communication skills- Ability to produce professional, well structured documentation- IT knowledge- Five years relevant experience- English and Hungarian knowledge CHEMICAL ENGINEER RESPONSIBILITIES- Co-ordination, development and maintenance of chemical technologies (painting, foaming and advanced sewage treatment)- Collaboration with designer, process -, quality-, and maintenance engineer in the cause of common works (new product analysis and production implementation, time norm-, quality data bases ...)- Collaboration with suppliers (first sample examination and evaluation, qualification of suppliers and assistance)- Product and process anomalies prevention and management (participation in projects)- Professional co-ordination of powder paint-, foam material-, plastic components-, painted components-, cooling material control and evaluation- Professional control of industrial sewage-water cleaner- Participation in the management of technical documentation- Connection with functional management in Jászberény NEEDED COMPETENCIES- Technical University faculty of Chemical Engineering- Experience in IT tools- Relevant experience is an advantage- English and Hungarian knowledge MAINTENANCE ENGINEER RESPONSIBILITIES- To manage all maintenance activities related to manufacturing and development- Recording of equipment- Administration of documents- Maintenance planning (technological and costs)- Maintenance direction- Supervision and checking- Spare parts determination and keeping on level- Contact with internal and external people- Co-operation NEEDED COMPETENCIES- The unique ability to work directly with manufacturing associates- Must have knowledge of general maintenance policies and procedures as they are related to a manufacturing environment (minimum of 3 years maintenance experiences)- Technical skills in manufacturing processes and methods- Leadership and effective communication skill, problem solver- Computer proficiency required- English and Hungarian knowledge OFFER We offer a modern work environment, interesting and challenging job, international carrier opportunity and competitive salary package a The Electrolux Group.
