1921 603 You are therefore requested to arrange with the Conference of Ambassadors, if possible, for us to be debited only with actual expenses arising monthly, and also that we should have the opportunity of controlling the amount of the expenses. Should this not be possible, we would ask at least to be allowed to examine statements of how the expenses are incurred.
