The Secretary General of the Ministry for Foreign Affairs 1 informed me orally that the Cabinet Council yesterday resolved to transform the Bulgarian Consulate General in Budapest into a Legation and to ask the agrément of the Hungarian Government to the nomination of Mr. Doskoff, Minister Plenipotentiary, at present Chargé d'affaires in Berlin, in the quality of Chargé d'affaires in Budapest.
