The Secretary General of the Ministry for Foreign Affairs 1 informed me orally that the Cabinet Council yesterday resolved to transform the Bulgarian Consulate General in Budapest into a Legation and to ask the agrément of the Hungarian Government to the nomination of Mr. Doskoff, Minister Plenipotentiary, at present Chargé d'affaires in Berlin, in the quality of Chargé d'af­faires in Budapest.
