38 1921 No. 38. 211 /pol. The Minister for Foreign Affairs, Count Teleki, to the Minister of Hungary in Vienna, Dr. Gratz. [TRANSLATION] Code telegram No. 13. BUDAPEST, January 13, 1921. According to his report of the eleventh, 1 Count Nemes re­ceived a memorandum 2 from the Consulta, according to which the Reparations Commission will have a single department for Hun­gary and Austria, which will sit in Budapest and Vienna alter­nately, according as it deals with Hungarian or Austrian affairs. According to the memorandum, this arrangement will make for uniformity in the application of general principles and reduce ex­penses, which would be to the benefit of both States.
