Kánya, je vous serais reconnaissant de me faire parvenir le plus tôt possible une liste complète des prisonniers roumains détenus en Hongrie que le Gouvernement royal serait disposé à rendre et une liste des prisonniers hongrois qu'il demande en échange. Ces documents paraissaient indispensables à Monsieur Fouchet pour donner sur place au Gouvernement de la République une vue d'ensemble de la question de l'échange des prisonniers politiques entre la Hongrie et la Roumanie et lui fournir les éléments pour faire effectuer auprès du Gouvernement de Bucarest des démarches en vue d'obtenir une solution définitive.
