Résumé Tibor Faragó: The Dangers of Global Climate Change and the International Cooperation Climate change has become a major issue on the international agenda and in the public discourse in the past few years. It is obvious today that it is the creation of international climate political regimes that constitutes the second Achilles heel of the question besides the technologoical aspects. Therefore, the author concentrates on the international regimes which address global climate change universally. It discusses the history of the problem up to the present time and gives an anwer to the question of 'Whare are we now?' Considering the fact that it is one of the emerging issues in international politics, this essay can be considered as one filling in a gap for those who study foreign affairs. 94 Külügyi Szemle
