Resumé mechanism, a solid legal base and qualified parliamentary staff are a must for being able to quickly react and not to let European integration to be an exclusive business of Governments. Péter Nagy National Security in the Information Age This study examines the national security implications of the information revolution. The objective was to gain perspectives on a broad range of potential national security issues related to the evolving concept of strategic information warfare. The study recognizes that future national security strategy of the postindustrial countries is likely to be affected by the rapid evolution of cyberspace, the global information infrastructure, and in this context by growing dependence of the military and other national institutions and infrastructures on potentially vulnerable elements of the national information infrastructure. The study should be of special interest to those who are exploring the effect of the information revolution on warfare, and to those who are concemeed with the post-cold war evolution of military and national security strategy, especially strategy changes driven wholly or in part by evolution of, and possible revolutions in technology. 132 Külpolitika
