1996 / 2. szám - ESEMÉNYNAPTÁR - Resumé

Résumé Foreign firms pay almost 40% higher wages than the all-firm average: USD 5,3005,800 as opposed to USD 4,066. R D spending by foreign firms accounted for 41.3% of the total by the commercial sector in 1993 (37.2% in 1992). This is a significant finding, although FDI has not yet made much impression on the deplorable Flungarian R D situation as a whole. The first wave of direct capital inflows into Hungary is over: we must know that past success are not necessarily the sources of foreign ones - an adequate macro- end micro- economic policy is needed. 1996. nyár 139
