Fees to be charged in respect of Consular services other than under Part I. A. General fees, chargeable for all kinds of legal matters. Item 1. For registering and dealing with legal instruments for which no special tariff rates are provided, the charges are : a) For the first sheet K 7'50 For each additional sheet K 3'75 b) For each enclosure, no matter whether original or copy K 1'— Remark to Item 1. Each sheet shall be reckoned to consist of four pages having a margin half the width of such pages, each page containing twenty four lines of not more than ten syllables, each. The last page, containing some wording, shall be taken as a fully written page. A similar fee shall be chargeable for such instruments if drawn up at the Consular Office. Enclosures for which a Consular fee had already been collected, or for which a stamp duty had been paid, shall be exempt. For instruments with enclosui-es, filed in two or more than two copies, fees shall be charged only for the first copy. Item 2.
