fettere: ®o ^iritor Dear Mr. Pulitzer: Receiving the Hungarian Heritage Review and the Eighth Hungarian Tribe magazine for many years before that, has been a part of my life for many years and I appreciate what you are doing for us each month. Each issue is more interesting and informative. I am especially pleased when you mention something about the Hungarian group in San Antonio, Texas, as I was talking about them and the fact that we do have many Hungarians in Texas, whenever I would return to visit my family and friends in Akron, Ohio. Also I think I was instrumental in introducing you to the San Antonio group, as my dear Aunt Anna had been sending my subscription copies to me as a gift from her for many years. I, in turn, sent a copy with friends back to San Antonio for them to read. Small lovely world, isn’t it? But I am sure you hear this story many, many times. Thank you again. MARGARET SALA DEMARET Houston, Texas EDITOR’S NOTE: Thanks, “Manci”. Ever since the communication gap between us and the San Antonio Hungarian Association was bridged and have been receiving their delightful newsletter — Paprika — we’ve been convinced that they could serve as a model for many other Hungarian organizations and we’ve never hesitated to say so. In regard to how our HHR gets passed around from one person to another, we have good reason to believe that, if the recipients of such free copies would also subscribe, our circulation would double overnight. Dear Mr. Pulitzer: We are happy and proud of your excellent magazine — with all its information about people and projects of Hungarian interest. I was so pleased and thank you for the Ady project. Please keep up the wonderful features. HELEN and STEPHEN PELLATHY Kings Park, N.Y. Dear Sir: Enclosed is my check for $25 to renew my subscription. I only wish more people of Hungarian Heritage would subcribe because we learn so much from each issue. ALEX VARGO Fords, New Jersey Dear Mr. Pulitzer: Thank you for the renewal reminder. We wish you continued success with your publication. CHARLES DAVIS Fonthill, Ontario, Canada Gentlemen: A very informative literature, very impressive. JOSEPH NAGY Toledo, Ohio Gentlemen: I have been enjoying your monthly publication “Hungarian Heritage Review” very much and have been subscribing to it for several years. Thank you for a most interesting and informative publication. ELIZABETH FRACENTESE Tamarac, Florida Gentlemen: Keep up the good work! WILLIAM HRABKO San Jose, California Dear Mr. Pulitzer: As a subscriber/reader of the Hungarian Heritage Review, I want to let you know how much I enjoy and appreciate your publication. Since I am a firstgeneration American, it is very interesting to read about some of the Hungarian history and culture I learned about from my parents during my childhood. Your well-written articles not only bring back many fond memories, they also introduce me to new aspects of my heritage. MRS. ELEANOR MIHÁLYI GALLAH Assistant Professor, Home Economics Education Department Indiana University of Pennsylvania, Indiana, Pennsylvania Dear Paul Pulitzer & Staff: It is with great pleasure that I renew my subscription to your fine magazine. It is absolutely top rate! Enclosed is a check for $50 to include, also, a membership in the Rákóczi Foundation-International. We appreciate all your hard work to make the Hungarian Heritage Review so comprehensive and interesting. God Bless! ILDIKÓ SEGESVARY OYLER Saratoga, California JUNE 1988 HUNGARIAN HERITAGE REVIEW 3
