Dr. Janos Kubassek, Hungarian Hermit of the Himalaya - The Life of Sándor Körösi Csorna At last available in English, a fascinating biography of Sándor Körösi Csorna, a great Hungarian explorer-traveler and linguist, born in Transylvania. This remarkable man, known as the “patron Saint of Hungarian orientalists,” walked 12,000 miles in Eurasia and in 1834 his great work, The Tibetan-English Dictionary, was published in Calcutta.
