7. From the square the Mátyás Gerl Street leads you to the Minaret, which is the northernmost Turkish monument in Europe. The Minaret can be visited from March to October. Let’s go back to Dobó Square! 11. The 15. Széchenyi Street is the Cistercian church. The street going up right next to the church leads you to the Wine Museum, where you can taste several kinds of unique wine. It can be visited from 12.00 p.m. to 7.00 p.m. 10 . The Minorite church is the highest building in Eger. It’s said to be the most beautiful Baroque church in Eastern Europe. The carved wood furnishing inside is also breathtaking. The church can be visited everyday from 10.00 a.m. to 5.00 p.m. Right nextodor (to the left) you’ll find the ftilóc Folklore-Exhibition (sec Exhibitions, Museums). Take cither St. Janos or Érsek Street, and you’ll get to Széchenyi Street, the so balled Main Walking Street of the town. Lot of pubs, cafés and confectioneries are waiting for you, .and it's worth vour while to have a rest on the terrace of one of them. 12. At the north end of Széchenyi Street you’ll find the Greek-Orthodox or Serbian church with one of the biggest iconostasis of Hungary. In the former parsonage-house the Memorial Museum of the Serbian poet Mihály Vitkovics and the exhibition of the painter and photographer György Kepes can be found.
