Festői környezetben, a Mátra lábánál fekvő település Sírok. Kedvelt kirándulóhely, hiszen a falu felett magasodik a tatárjárás után, az Aba-csa- lád egykori birtokán épített Darnóvár. A község vonzerejét növeli, hogy alig negyedórányi autózásra van a gyógyvizéről nevezetes bükkszéki fürdő, s a barokk megyeszékhely, Eger.

Sírok is a village lying in a picturesgue surround. It is a popular place of exursions, because the castle buiet on the former doma in of the Aba-family öfter the tatar invasion towers above the village. The other attraction of the village is that it is not exactly 15 minutes for by car from the bathing resort of Bükkszék and from the baroque county center Eger.

In malerischer Umgebung, am Fu e des Mátra Gebirges liegt das Dorf Sirok. Es ist ein beliebtes Ausflugziel, weil über dem Dorf die Burg, die nach dem Tatarensturm auf dem ehemaligen Landgut der Familie Aba gebaut wurde, emporragt. Die Anziehungskraft des Dorfes erhebt das nach kaum viertelstündiger Fahrt liegende, über sein Heilwasser berühmte Bad in Bükkszék und die barokk Bezirkstadt Eger.
