She was born in 1961 in Grafenau, Germany. She has been living in Linz 1981. She began her studies in Freising, Germany and went on to the University of Fine Arts in Linz where she studied ceramics. She is a member of the Arts Association of Upper Austria and the professional organization of Fine Artists in Upper Austria. Her works can be found in private collections, in collections owned by the Province of Upper Austria, the Federal Bureau of Chancery, and the towns of Linz Weis and Kapfenberg.
