She was born in 1955, in Linz. After high school she studied at the Pedagogical College in Linz, and later at the College of Arts in Linz. From 1991 she turned towards statuettes and unike the traditional art of decoration she deploys an intensive, individual way of expression. The clear-out geometric shapes created by using silver and plexy in the same relation call forth subjects on the borderline of statuettes and jewels.
