He was born in 1947, in Kronenburg, Lower Austria. After finishing high school he obtained his degree as a teacher of primary education. Besides his work he studied arts in private classes for 7 years. He has been exhibited his works since 1984, not only Austria but also in several other countries worldwide. He participated in creative workshops for artists in the USA several times.
