Lunch in downtown: Episcopal feast. In the afternoon going on an excursion to Novaj and Mezőkövesd: Visiting to the Castle, the Village Museum and Museum of Folk Art. Dinner in the hotel. 3rd day Breakfast in the hotel. Tour in the Mátra mountains: Kis- nána: medieval fortress, Feldebrő: undercraft. Sightseeing in Gyöngyös Church of St. Bartholomew, Treasury, Mátra Museum. Lunch in a tipical restaurant. In the afternoon going to Párád: paying a visit to the „Cifra" Stall and to the Carriage Museum, taking a walk to the ruins of the fortress of Sirok. Going back to Eger in the evening hours. Dinner in the hotel. 4th day Breakfast in the hotel. Excursion to Szilvásvárad. Pleasure driving by carriges to the cropping stud, to the stal and visit to the Horse Museum. Lunch in a local restaurant (Szalajka restaurant). In the afternoon going to the Szalaj- ka Valley by narrow gauge railway. Guest visit the waterfall, Forest Museum, trout lakes. Return to Eger. Dinner: Cellar party in the Valley of the Beautiful Woman. Gipsy music, wine tasting program. 5th day Breakfast in the hotel. Free time, shopping. Farewell lunch: game dishes in the White Deer restaurant. The head of the nearly hundred years old institute welcomes the visitors and after having refreshments guests can get acquainted with the local kind of grapes and cultivation, the technology of growing. During the technical lecture they visit the laboratory, gather information about the results of research during the sightseeing before lunch guests visit the cultural and architectural memorials what are connected with the grape and wine. Lunch in one of the friendly atmosphere restaurants in the inner city. — In the afternoon the program goes on. wine-testing of six kinds of wines. Free time. Putting up in the hotel. — Dinner: cellar party with winetasting and gipsy music in the Valley of the Beautiful Woman. 2nd day — After having breakfast guests visit the state cellars of the Eger-Mátra region Vineyards and Winery. Here a report about the history of the winery and its work will be held. — Then the guests visit the bottler and the wine cellars. In the season of vintage they can follow with attention the processing of the blue grape. — Lunch in the inner city. In the afternoon the group goes to the vineyard. Visiting the Wine Museum. — Facultative program possibility: The vinum Agri- ense Order of Knighthood — Leaving in the late evening hours.
