Bút the bili did nőt come before Parliament in either November or December and the military court in Budapest has recently sentenced conscientious objectors and those imprisoned have nőt been released. Today twelve representatives of independent groups sent a message to Parliament conceming this issue. It is as follows: In November the govemment newspaper reported that there would soon be an alternative social serviee in Hungary.
