from the objectives of the Hungárián Deraocratic Fórum, in spite of this the Fórum was able to hold its big meeting concerning the situation of Hungárián national minorities at the theatre on Mareh 21st.

Yesterday after all the se events László Romhányi récéi ved ruling no. 26^.8/2/87 containing a 25 day sentence signed by Judit Papp the XI district* s summary offence lawyer. The ruling cites that László Romhányi did nőt pay the 5000 forint fine imposed on November 17th fór using the theatre without permission. Over the pást six months Romhányi has been fined several times fór similar reasons and thus the fines have been commuted to imprisonment.

The management of the theatre feels that this punishment imposed upon its manager is merely political harassment. On Sunday April lOth they vant to celebrate the first anniversary of their existence with a press conference beginning at 5 pm and a gala evening at 7 pm. Their first birthday present vas given by the Hungárián authorities.
