this they want to fix current wages and subsistence levels and to ensure noone slips belov these levels and to control the operation of the present social security and social political system. They want to use "all the elements in- herited from the resources of the unión movement", including negotiations and the right to strike which they want acknowledged as a generál employee right.

The new unión intends to co-operate with other unions and corporate organs.

The initiators are convinced that their function and demands are in accord with the Citizen rights drafted in the constitution - thus the provisiónál programme of the Democratic Union of Scientific Workers ended.
