Hovever on the grounds of this petition they began to investigate the person who had complained rather than the complaint and subsequently took revenge against Rusai.

The County Prosecutor’s formally correct answer - fór which the Rusai Committee is especially grateful - contained one further flow: "he had informed the Rusai Committee about the proceedings having been dropped nőt later bút a week before the police decision vas actually made" and nőt revealing why, if they possessed a psychiatrist’s opinion, did they prolong the decision to drop the charges fór another three weeks and why did they take Rusai to Gyöngyös Hospital’s closed psychiatric ward instead of releasing him.

On January 25th - after he had sent out a letter to his friends on January 22nd - his visits were once again strictly supervised, they vanted to prevent him handing over letters and the nurses openly threatened revenge vithin our hearing. We persist in our demand fór Rusai*s release so that he can voluntarily entru^t his treatment to a doctor of his ovn choosing.
