We publish the whole text of the document here. CENTRAL COMMITTEE OF THE HUNGÁRIÁN SOCIALIST WORKERS PARTY RESOLUTION OF THE POLITBURO The Politburo discussed the report on the actlvities of the opposition-enemy groups and related political tasks prepared by the Academic, Public Educatlon, and Cultural Department of the Central Coomittee and notes it aupplemented by the observations voiced in debate. It finds that in the pást the responsible party and State organs have handled the activitles of . the enemy groups in accordance with its 30 Mar 1982 resolution. The basis of the enemy groups, the circle of those regularly participating in this type of activity has nőt aignlficantly increased as a result of the political work and the effects of the suppresslve measures implemented. At the same time, the activity has increased in the area of the production and dissemination of illegal publications. Their contacts have become more direct with the western disruptive and propaganda centers; as a consequence of their illegal publications and enemy rádió broadeasts their views influence a broader circle. The unfavorable tendencies that have become enduring in the international aituation, the increased support of hostile foreign organizatlons and propaganda centers, the difficulties experiencible in the development of socialism, the occasionally observable lack of consistency and unity in the position taken against the enemy manifestations, the ideological uncertainty appearing in certain circles of the intelligentsia, and the occasionally unprincipled conduct and the loosening of the citizens' discipline played a role in the increase of their influence. However, the size and extent of the enemy activities still does nőt endanger the domestic political aituation. Experience indicates that the principles formulated in connection with the political handling of the activities of the opposition-enemy groups in the 6 Dec 19ÖU and 2U Mar 1982 resolutions of the Politburo have proved correct, and it is nőt necessary to change them.
