The decision vas repealed on 13th November when this information was brought from the police of the II district of Budapest dated on the same day, yet two days earlier a summons had arrived from the same source fór his imprisonment. The new decision does nőt repeal the fine merely revoking the commutation of the sentence to imprisonment. One day earlier on 12th November Jo'zsef Talata - one of the editors of the samizdat periodocal Égtájak között ("Between Points of the Compass") - received information frx>m the Budapest Police Office notifying him that his appeal againsí an earlier imposed fine o'f 10,000 forints had been refused and if the fine was nőt paid it would be commuted to 25 days imprisonment. . ¥ í . . -
