In the International seminar in Budapest which focussed on links bet- ween East and West Mikolta Bögnár spoke about the circumstances surr— ounding the árrést of 32 year old Laszid Rusai. At the seminar which took piacé on November 21st Miklós Barabas, the generál secretary of the official Hungárián National Peace Council, promised to invest- igate the case. Mikolta Bognár, József Talata and Tibor Philipp asked Amnesty International fór help in a letter. No news has arrived conc— eraing László Rusai since November 19th.- 2 ■ ' . ti
